我不要再做好心人了！

没有啦，本公主只是发发牢骚。。。今天原本是我的假期，但是到头来还是回来上班。闹钟响的时候，我还是把头埋进棉被里。这个时候电话就响了。。
他：喂！还在睡觉啊？
我：找我有事吗？
他：今天回来做工哦，因为不要让XX做full shift。。。
我：huh？好吧。我六点才到。。。
嗨！就这样啦。早知道就不要接电话了！搞到我现在头痛的很却不能在家休息！吃了药却想吐。。。要命啊！

啦啦啦！我们是K歌之后!

到家时已经快要半夜了，Shir和Fang Fang她们应该是唱到十一点半才走。原本只能唱到十一点的，但是那台唱机不知何故提早关机所以Fang Fang去找工作人员理论。大家都不爽嘛，都还没到时间哦！到最后那个负责人延长我们的K歌时间。但是我提早走啦，因为隔天要工作。。。
大家都玩得好开心喔！Mr Reza唱歌好好听噢，原来他的歌唱条件还真不赖。聆听着他那超像原唱者的嗓子，我们每人都听傻了眼。简直像到不可思异！跟他一起飙高音唱张学友和Regina的＂In Love With You＂实在是有一点不好意思，因为他唱的太好了。每首Shir和Fang Fang点的几乎都是罗主任和周董的歌。Fang Fang的歌乙我是心服口服，Shir唱的是不错但每次都要调高音。谁叫她每次唱的歌都是那么的低音调。ChunJin 终于开了口唱了两首歌，还不错哦。Helen她们也玩的很疯，虽然Xueli并没有唱。她忽然找到一些小乐器，搞到整间房都热热闹闹起来！Mr Reza九点多十点就走了，留下我们继续唱。。。
遇到了一见蛮有趣的事情。有位情侣在走廊上热吻起来，似乎越吻越起劲到连我们在观赏他们都不知。也许吧，也许他们可能都知道有观众却一点不好意思或歉意都没有！好啦，是时候该上床去睡觉了。。。

夜空...

夜空
看着一片黑漆漆的天空，会让你想到些什么？
不知何故，我的眼睛在那儿眨着，一点疲劳也看不出。。。 望着天花板，脑袋似乎在忙着搞些活动，迟迟不能入眠。突然有股冲动想把窗口开得大大的并且端详着那些闪闪发亮的星星。真是奇怪哦！平常的我是不爱开着窗睡觉的，因为讨厌那些昆虫飞进来。。。
看着那些星星，心情自然也平静下来。空空的脑袋也似乎开始回忆起一整天所经历的事情。。。
今天原本放学后就打算回家睡个懒觉或上上电脑，不过却在吃完晚饭后就往VIVOCITY去。一方面是因为答应上司帮他完成price quotation的文件，另一方面是为了选新的制服。单纯的以为放了工就和我老弟一起回家，但是却发现明天有服装走秀所以得留下来帮忙筹备明天的活动。一忙就忙到凌晨一点多才回到家，看那些价格数字就晕头转象。更何况本小姐我明天还要做早班，真是命苦啊！嗨！没办法啦，谁叫我心软答应他们的哀求留下来帮忙。只能说是自讨苦吃！好啦，我想我也该好好去休息了啦。。。

This are the last few parting words which Hiro told Mika during the period when he was hospitalized for the last stage of cancer. I love it when he said that in Japanese but then... haha... I am not able to type it out for have not started my japanese course yet... Anyway, some of my friends have been pestering me to post up the story plot so here it goes... You guys owe me a treat! :p

After all, Sky of Love is about two high-school kids who fall in and out of love, all while using the wonderful Japanese technology of e-mail, live video-conferencing and phone calls. This really remind you of what it was like to fall in love for the first time. From late-night conversations that last till dawn, to the secret trysts you shared while skipping school, watching Hiro and Mika frolicking definitely makes us nostalgic for those dreamy days. (Of course, not all of us had a guy with a luscious tan, punk blonde hair and a cool, devil-may-care attitude, but hey, one can dream.) This flick is a real guilty pleasure for die-hard romantics: there’s eye candy, lots of soppy excuses to cry, and an unbelievably touching bond between Hiro and Mika.
Hiro and Mika were both high school students but from different classes. Hiro was a punkish blond guy which many mistaken him to be a gangster-styled heartbreaker, while Mika was a sweet and innocent young girl who would dream of falling in love someday. Given such contrasting characters, it was much unexpected that they would get together and fall in love. They first met when Mika accidentally bumped into him while following her friend whom was nursing a crush on Hiro's friend, Nozomu. However, their fate only got entwined when she left her cellphone in the library and Hiro found it. From then onwards, they chatted on the phone everyday during the school holiday after Mika got her phone back.
Mika did not expect the gentle caller to be Hiro, and she got a rude shock after meeting him at the school swimming pool. Furthermore, she heard that Hiro had a girlfriend while befriending her. However, she met him at the mini garden after class and discovered he had already broken up with his girlfriend and Mika felt that they could be friends. From there, they would spent time out of school together and their relationship got more intimated. Things got trickier as Hiro's jealous ex-girlfriend smeared Mika's reputation and sent people to rape her. However, this only cemented their love for each other and Hiro promised to marry her when she was pregnant with his child. Year one in high school ended with Mika having a miscarriage after being pushed down the stairs by Hiro's ex-girlfriend. In year two, Hiro started avoiding her and tried to get her to break up with him by being cold towards her. The last straw came when he purposely betrayed her by getting intimate with another girl and break up with Mika. From then onwards, he seldom came to school and Mika spent e rest of high school with a heavy heart.
She got accepted into the university, in which a guy introduced by her good friend studied there too. He spent much effort to chase her and Mika accepted him after a while. However, she still often think of Hiro especially on Christmas Day each year when she visited her dead child's grave in the school mini garden. Yu, her university boyfriend, proposed to her on one of the Christmas Day and she agreed. However, she also met Nozomu again while visiting the grave. It was also on that day itself that she found out the actual reason for their breakup and Hiro's jerk attitude through Nozomu. Hiro had cancer and he only discovered during his year 2 high school, hence his attitude towards her. Mika broke down after hearing from Nozomu that Hiro had battled with the cancer alone while thinking and missing her constantly. She decided to break up with Yu and returned to Hiro's side... Mika stayed by Hiro throughout his last month of lifespan and married him in an informal oath. He died on the day when Mika went to develope the photographs Hiro had taken of her every single day. She was unable to return to the ward to see him one last time, but only to tell him to wait for her on the 3G phone call. However, it was also on there that she saw him passed away...

That is the whole story. Touching, isn't it? I cried too... Anyway, it is a very good movie and I can see why japanese movies are usually one of the best to watch...

Year 2!!!

Yeah, year 2 at MDIS has started though the first day of marketing class with Mr Patrick was a disaster. For once, our lecture books did not have the powerpoint slides and the school had also printed two different version of requirements for our assignment. Come on la, no one needs the old version when we have new requirements already what! What is the point of wasting paper in this manner... Any, our class had a sudden debate when Carol voiced out the about the submission of group report. Oh my god! Since when there is a group report? Only the individual report is required and I tried pin-pointing that out but seemingly she never hear. Even the lecturer got confused in the end and then said that we also have to submit a group report! Dammit lol...
Anyway, there was not much things to do for the past 2 days and I spent my Thursday slacking at home after taking the Train-the-trainer exam on 09:30. It was not so bad, and I only make a mistake in tha alignment for one of the fork in the table setting and also the small crease on the side of the bed during bed-making. As for my front office... That I have no comment for I do not know if I have done anything wrong yet. Haha:) Anyway, the exam is over and it is time to buck up on studies instead. No more 60s for my grading, I want at least 70s and above in order to secure at least 2nd class honour (upper) for my certificate! This is to show those who despised private university students that we can also achieve good result!
Friday was a busy day for me. As it was Good Friday which is a public holiday, there were loads of people at Vivocity early in the morning. Guess they were heading into Sentosa. So envious of them that they can slack on a holiday while I have to work... Haiz! Upcoming at Vivocity will be the Singapore Fashion Festival from 28th March till 14th April, and a fashion show will be held over here. The brands at my work place will be participating and this will be the first time for Singaporeans to witness the F1 Formula label. My company is the first to bring this brand in. I have seen the racing jacket with a black and red colour combination. Sugoi! I want to buy also but not sure what is the actual pricing yet. Anyway... Good Friday peepx!

Watched 恋空 today

Watched 'Sky of Love' today with Claire, Ming-Hui and her younger sister Ming Qing at The Cathy. Opps, hope i didn't get her name wrong lol. Gomen nasai if i get her name wrong:p
Anyway, Claire has already watched it once but I guess she could not resist the temptation by us to watch again. Bwahaha:D We had a little joke about this in class today. I commented that Claire could not resist fun temptation while me and Ming-Hui could not resist food temptation and Yan Fang is ktv temptation! Anyway, back to our topic. The movie is a very touching japanese show. No intention to kill anyone's curiosity least someone has not watched it yet but it is unlike those typical love story. The male character, Hiro, is willing to do anything for the female lead, Mika and he sacrificed himself for her happiness! For the sake of those who have not watch it, please make the time to head down to any Cathay cinemas to watch. It is worth the money and the show will only air for another week or so! As for the plot, I will post it up only next week so as not to leak out the story too early. Beware, prepare more tissue paper when you watch the movie. You will need it, i guarantee!
Well, I absolutely love the movie and I guess I fell in love with Hiro. He looks so cool with platinum blond hair. My tears were making their way slowly down cheek as the show carried on but I did not search for my tissue least I miss out any parts. At first, Claire whispered to me that Ming-Hui was crying during the scene between Mika and Yu, the second male lead. I was like 'huh? but i don't feel anything at all...' Maybe cause I am too affected by Hiro only, bwahaha:D However, I cried. That was when the rest of the scenes focused on Hiro and Mika. Tears dripped and I could hear some sniffing or tissue packet sound around me. Ming-Hui's sister cried buckets though cause there were loads of crumpled tissue papers on her lap when the show ended!
Anyway, we had dinner at Pastamania with Yan Fang at Plaza Singapura before parting with her outside The Cathay cause she went to meet her friend at Hougang. It was a quick dinner as the movie started at 19:10, and it was already dark when we went into Cinema 5. Before that, we headed for gym and then class from 14:00 till 17:00. Felt a little guilty for all the delicacies I had since I started my university years. All thanks to our newly set up 'Bai Chi Ju Le Bu' and our food-loving members:) Haha! Now I got to start going gym to improve myself and I guess I would be signing up for the gym membership fee. Cause there is a promotion currently for ladies where the membership fee would be discounted 50% off if we signed up by end of March. Temptation... Temptation... :D Tomorrow I am having Train-the-trainer examination at Tropical Breeze. Hopefully I can get through the practicals with ease lol, unless Claire and Ming-Hui they all whom encountered problems during their examination.
Been thinking quite a number of things lately, especially these couple of days which are my off days. I started to feel tired easily, not the normal kind of tireness which can be resolved by having ample sleep. It is like I am feeling stretched. Overly stretched to say. It seems as though I could never find any time to do what I really wish to do and instead been bogged down with many other tedious stuffs. Sounds emo, I guess... Especially when I could not sleep much at night and just sat there on the bed listening to music or staring into the ceiling. But then, I think everything will be fine and this feeling will go away soon lol... That is all for now, I better go catch some sleep for tomorrow examination. Good luck to myself! Ganbatte ne!

Nose block... And another 2 days to go...

Damn nose blocking quite bad today. Dunno it's the weather or the new fragrance or because I work non-stop for 8 days throughout, but I so darn sleepyyyy! Guess I am going to fall sick soon, but my off day will only come on tue which is still 2 days away. It was quiet now working at S2D, as there were little people at the shopping mall. However, I am so happy to see the Gothic J-rock cosplay at Vivo City lol. There were so many people around, and the girls were wearing thse gothic lolita frill skirts and white shirt with tie and black platform boots. I felt so tempted to dress like that. That is, provided someone is going to dress up the same with me. Wahaha:)
Had dinner with Jo and Effa at Food republic, ordering the prata at the Indian shop. The aussie guy behind us very funny. He asked for the most popular prata and Effa suggested good-naturedly to try the Tissue Prata. Turned out that was not available so in the end he ordered banana prata and onion prata. Then he asked for the hottest curry so the stall owner said fish curry. However, the aussie guy refused go eat fish curry so the man told him to change to chicken curry at an extra charge of $3.50... We three wondered why though, since he only want the curry gravy. What for the extra charges? Anyway, the aussie asked us if the drink counter sold beer so I said yes. What a wierd combination of beer and banana prata, and all three of us laughed out loud when the guy left to get his beer.
Battling with the air-conditioning now, even though I am wearing a cardigan and shawl. Pathetic right? Anyway, all of us are counting down to closing at 10.45pm. Yes, 10.45 pm today as it is a Saturday. Guess my shop will be eating 'Egg' again. Haiz! Angela gonna nagged at us once more... What to do, she don't expect me to buy the product instead right? That will be very stupid lol!

New timetable...

I hate the upcoming timetable. One of the module has all its classes in the afternoon session. Because of that, I have to sacrifice even more of my working hours and wages. Dammit! I wonder why the timetable is like this, for Ms Vanni has already promised us that the timing will remain at the usual 9am in the morning.
Haiz. No way can the timetable be changed anyway...
Xiao Yan treated us lunch at the Hong Kong cafe in Bugis [Wang Jiao Cha Can Ting] yesterday. The set lunches were alright, but the portion seems a little too big for everyone of us. Everyone of us gawked at the drinks which came along in the package, it was super huge! Went around Bugis area with Claire to find the Japanese Culture School (JCS) to collect the JLPT 4 certificate, no thanks to an indian man whom show us the wrong direction. In the opposite direction, for god sake! It was tiring when we reached there, but were quite happy when we got brochure for its japanese language class. The course fee was quite reasonable, only S$470 for the whole course which would last half a year for intensive or 1 year for the normal pace. Claire already taking her class at Yano's school, so the rest of us were still deciding where to sign up.
Headed to Marina Square next. It was still quite early for Claire's dinner treat at Dian Xiao Er, thus we wandered around Suntec City and Marina Square for quite a while. Dinner at Dian Xiao Er was superb, as Claire ordered the Dang Gui Duck, Fried Toufu, Oak prawns and stir-fried lotus with macademia nuts. Got tired of walking after dinner, and we opted for a couple of pool sessions at the arcade. It came up to about S$30 for the whole group and Ring managed to pick up the skills of playing pool! Congratulations! Finally, it was time for dessert! YAY! Ring offered to treat us, and we went to Waraku pasta restaurant. Ordered the Tiramisu ice-cream parfait and Green tea ice-cream parfait. They were delicious! Yummy! I simply could not get enough of good food, especially ice-cream. Opps! In the end, I treated them instead for the restaurant does not accept NETS payment. Thus, Ring could not pay for the bill. Nvm... Ring will treat us something else lol. Haha:)
Overall, it was a fun and bloated outing for everyone of us and I went home with a full stomach and tired mind! Wahaha! :D

It's exam timeeeee!

Who would ever thought that time could pass so fast. In a blink of an eye, I'm going to be in university second year. There is an exam on tuesday, and it seemed like there is gonna be a lot of writing then. Hopefully I can wake up on time for class...
I guess year two will be a hectic one, as we will be having our attachment in september for six month before moving on to third year. A few of my classmates and me have proposed going to Taiwan for holiday in March next year. There is our only holiday season throughout our three years in university.
Right now, there are many things for me to do. However, life is pretty much the same. Packed with work and study, sometimes I just want to stay home and sleep... Anyway, all of us have to persevere. Ganbatte ne, minna!

Wedding Dinner

Today is my cousin, Joe's wedding with his girlfriend. It was held at Miramar Hotel, one of the chinese restaurant. The food was not bad though the service kinda lacked of. My favourite dish is the fried prawn in mayonise sauce. It was so crispy! Angeline (cousin-in-law) appeared in her halter wedding gown and subsequently, a deep purple tube flowing dress. Everyone have their fun and joy.
This was held at about 8 plus at night. In the morning, we headed to my cousin house quite early for the tea ceremony. Everyone gathered there, and suddenly it seemed the house got quite small. Haha:) Everyone headed home at about 1 plus to get ready for the function later. My brother headed to the NZ Salon at Anchor Point to get his hair styling done while me and my mom went to a salon downstairs. My styling cost only 21 bucks and the standard was not too bad after all. Half of my hair was pulled back and secured with pins so it seemed as though a bunch of hair cascaded down my hair to my back like waterfall.
The styling which the lady done for me...I wore the purple gauzy silk dress from Que Sera, with a black cardigant from Joop. Luckily I have already done my nails the night before. It took me 3 hours to finish it, as i bought the fake plain nails to doodle on. It was hard, putting all those crystal studs and stickers on the nails.
