Mount Faber Gathering...

对，我们大伙儿跑到山顶上去吃晚餐和聚一聚。。。不是幽会哦！嘿嘿！那天我做早班而Kenji放假，所以便约了Simon一起出去吃晚餐。原本说好去Vivocity吃寿司，但因为Simon有驾车所以到最后选择去Mount Faber。至少晚了不需要 '滚' 下去。哈哈:D Kenji 建议我们点Oreo peppermint milkshake因为它的味道很够味。。。最后，我点了Perisian Sandwich和Oreo peppermint milkshake。Simon点了BBQ Chicken Set和Chocolate & Chip milkshake，而Kenji点了Smoked Salmon Linguine和Oreo peppermint milkshake。听起来很丰富吧？那里的风景很迷人，环境也很优美，很适合在那里跟朋友们聚一聚聊天。
Kenji去了哪啊？打电话咯，所以照片里没有他。。。呵呵！后来Simon送了Kenji回家后就绕到我家去。。。

Viva La Espana!

呵呵！你们应该很惊讶为何这个时辰我不但还没睡觉，反而在这里写blog。不是因为我睡不着，而是因为我刚刚才到家不久。原本以为教完补习后就像往常一样回家休息，但是Kenji却打电话给我叫我一起去一个在MOS aka Minisitry of Sound举办的西班牙派对。听起来好像很好玩，所以就答应了咯！本来想去S２D和他们先汇合才一起去MOS，谁知道到了S２D Angela要我和她一起先去Fly Entertainment在Zouk所举行的活动！天啊！跟她去？倒不如叫我回家睡觉更好！但是没办法啊！谁叫她是我们的总经理。。。＞.＜'"
在Zouk喝了一杯Vodka Coke，并且和她站在那里无所事事的看表演。不过我看到莫小玲哦，只是懒得拿相机出来拍。。。后来我想Angela应该也是觉得无聊，所以问我要不要去MOS算了。我当然说好啦！我们搭了德士下去，然后以她的名字进去了MOS。是private party呀！点了Heinkein啤酒然后Ah Fun就打给我说他到了，所以我就下去带他上来。刚好Kenji他们也到了。。。哈哈，还真巧噢！上去了不到一会儿，我们这群人决定去dance floor跳舞。大家都跳的很起劲啦，连Jo也渐渐的放松下来。 因为她没来过嘛。。。我们俩还看到了一位洋人帅哥，真的很帅喔!
他真的是一位大帅哥咯！嘿嘿！是不是很羡慕啊？

Alright, peepz. I had a couple of friends asking me to post up the lyrics for 'Keep the Faith' up here, so here goes. This is the theme song sang by Kat-Tun for the Japanese drama 'Yukan Club'. Akanishi Jin and Junnosuke Taguchi both starred in the drama, together with others well-known artistes like Suzuki Emi:)

羅志祥的世界

啦啦啦！本公主已经有一段时间没在这里留下脚印。刚好今天不必去上班，索性就上网来。。最近世界各地发生了很多事，尤其是中国四川那起地震导致许多人死的死，伤的伤。小猪最近到泰国时，顺到诚心求佛保右难民。为了帮助四川地震的灾民，Stage Singapore捐出了Stage的一些单品在i-weekly所举办的筹款慈善活动义卖。希望大家能够踊跃参与这项活动并发挥善心积极筹款。

Shakalaka...Shake.Shake.Shake

Alright... Sorry guys, for all the late postings. Recently being bogged down with tonnes of projects and illness, I don't seem to have the mood to write anything online. Everyday is just going school, then work and home sweet home to sleep. Pathetic right? Anyway, I have promised to post pictures up and this is the first post for May showing all the pictures from the Bartending competition for Cocktail and Mocktail held on 30th April 2008.

First group consists of Edwin, Mai, Zhi Xiong and erm... erm... opps! I forgot your name. Gomen Nasai! Don't whack my head, bwahaha! Here comes my group next which only consist of me and Xiao Yan. Actually in the first place, none of my members are free to join. I don't wish to ask why cause I am afraid I would be disappointed with the answer, therefore I spent my own time, effort and money thinking of the receipes with the help of Mr Reza. Thank you, sir. And many thanks to Claire and Ming-hui for giving me valuable opinions!

Hmm... How is my drink?
Mango Tropic & Oreo Mud! Our creation![u]Mango Tropic[/u]
Ingredients : Fresh mango cubes, 1 spoonful of plain yogurt, cubes of ice
Method : Blend all the ingredients together till you get a thick smoothie.

The proportion of mango should be much much more than the
yogurt to ensure no aftertaste of drink.
Add white rum/tropical alcohol mixer into the mixture and

syrup before stirring to get the red colour swirl in the drink. Viola!

silken tofu, hershey chocolate syrup, 1 spoonful condense milk,

It was tough when I first came up with this receipes in my sleep... Guess I was thinking about it too much before i got so tired and went to bed, hence I dreamt of this in my dream! It is not hard to do the drinks, though the first few trials were failures. Either too sweet or too blend or too little chocolatey in it, but in the end we got it right. All thanks to Mr Reza whom advised me on the techniques on getting the taste right! Above is the receipes and upcoming is Claire and Mon Mon's groups after the 3rd group which is also the senior batch.

The drink looks so wholesome! Great job, gals!Claire and Ming-Hui made two very healthy and wholesome drinks, adding barcadi rum to one of the drinks. Their main ingredient is the watercress vegetables, hence the greenish outlook! I tried it but erm... Not my cup of tea, no offense. I guess is caused I do not really like vegetable drinks unless it is carrot or tomato juice which are two of my favourite healthy drinks! :p Coming up next is our final group consisting of Mon Mon, Shirley and Edwin from our class!
